THE PLAN OF GOD FOR MAN

SEED OF DESTINY
Thursday, 14th August 2014 01:00

SCRIPTURE: 'O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!...  What is man, that thou art mindful of him? ... ? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: Psalm 8:1, 4-6.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Connection to God equals manifestation of excellence.

The plan of God for man is not little. In our anchor Scripture it says, 'Thou hast crowned him with glory and honour.Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands.' Man was created as king of creation, crowned with glory and honour, not shame and reproach. You were created to dominate creation and not to be dominated. The force that God uses to take His people up, is called the force of excellence. The force of excellence is the force of eminence and prominence.  This is because God is an Excellent God. Our anchor Scripture says, 'How excellent is thy Name.'

Three things about the excellence of God are:

God has an identity of Excellence.  When you talk of products from the USA, Japan, and the United Kingdom, you talk of quality. But when you talk of products from some other countries or parts of the world, you talk of inferiority or mediocrity. That is how it is when you mention the Name of God; God is identified with Excellence. It is an abomination to be identified with the Excellent God in mediocrity.
God is Excellent in working. His works are first class works and products. He doesn't have inferior material or quality. Isaiah 28:29 says, 'This also cometh forth from the Lord of hosts, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working.'
God has Excellent Greatness (Psalm 150:2).
The meaning of all of the above is that first, identifying with God is identifying with excellence. Secondly, connection to God equals manifestation of excellence. Thirdly, excellence is the birthright of the children of God. Once you walk with God, you are entitled to excellence.

Remember this: connection to God equals manifestation of excellence.

ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Study the life of Daniel and find out how he walked with God.

2. Do what Daniel did to get to where he got to.
Excellence for the Top.

PRAYER: Lord, I identify with You today, so that I can attain the glory and honour that is meant for me, in Jesus' Name.

EVENING: Ps. 16:1-23

STRONG AND BOLD DECLARATION

STRONG AND BOLD DECLARATION.

Rhema Encounter Daily Devotional. 08.08.2014.
SCRIPTURE: 'We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;'  2 Corinthians 4:13

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Faith that does not speak is fake and a mere wish.

Operational faith is a declarative faith. Faith that does not speak is fake and a mere wish. A man of faith must talk; he must make revelation-based utterances based on convictions from the study of the Scripture. This is not just trying to repeat promises from the Scripture. What is the difference between a declaration and a confession?  A confession says, the Bible says, 'By his stripes I am healed,' so by His stripes I am healed. That is not bad; it is good for people to have regular confessions, and there is a place for it. The Bible says, 'No good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly and he that findeth a wife findeth a good thing.' So, a wife is a good thing, a husband is a good thing and God will not withhold good things from me, therefore, I must be married.'  That is a confession.

But this is declaration- out of the passage of the Scripture you saw something like, 'Give and it shall be given to you, good measure, pressed down shaken together and running over shall men give unto your bosom.' 'I am giving and it is being given to me, so forever I cannot be poor.' Your own conclusion out of the revelation is your declaration. 'He took my infirmity,' is a confession; 'I can never be sick,' is a declaration. So, this is where the nursery school differs from the University of Faith. A man making declarations is talking from a depth of conviction and has made his personal conclusion based on what he read. Let your revelations move you into declarations, in Jesus' Name.

Remember this: faith that does not speak is fake and a mere wish.

ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Always spend time to meditate on the Scriptures you have read.
2. Learn to ask God questions based on what you have read.

PRAYER: I declare that I cannot be poor for life, I can't beg, I can never borrow, in Jesus' Name.

QUOTE: What you will harvest tomorrow is a product of what you say now.

YOUR FAITH WILL TRIUMPH

Your Faith Will Triumph ·
TUESDAY 06·

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith (1 John 5:4).

Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Imagine that as a Christian parent or a minister of the Gospel, your son or daughter isn't living according to the training that you gave him or her in the Word. There may be some who'd be quick to judge and say, "So-and-so's parents are Christians, yet he behaves like a sinner." If this happened to you as a parent, don't be moved by what others may be saying.

Challenges come to everybody; so at the time you're facing your own challenges, stay focused on God's Word, and put your faith to work. Soon enough, that child will come into the right place and be all that God destined for him to be. Even the time others might have thought he lost will be regained, because God said, "And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the canker worm, and the caterpillar, and the palmer worm…" (Joel 2:25). So in such matters, don't allow the negative sentiments of others dissipate your faith.

God gave us His Word so that no matter what we see or hear, we're not distracted; we stay focused. After all, as students, we were not Doctors, Lawyers, and Architects whilst in the university. We were in school, being trained for what we were going to be. If someone saw you while still in school and said, "Hey, you don't look like a Doctor, Lawyer or Architect," you'd probably have replied, "I don't look like it yet, because I'm in training for it."

In like manner, we're all still being trained by the Spirit of God through the Word to be all He's destined us to be. If you already have children, keep training them in the Word. Even when it looks like they're not imbibing the culture of the Word, keep at it. Recall what we read in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Give some time; the results of the training will be evident.

Never give up your faith because of the negative opinions of gainsayers; learn to live by the Word. No matter what you see or experience, your faith will triumph. Glory to God!

Prayer

Dear Father, my faith increases as I give myself to the study of your Word. Teach me to take advantage of the grace that's in Christ Jesus, and to live a life of faith that is based on your Word, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

PRINCIPLES OF PROSPERITY

Rhema Encounter Daily Devotional:
Topic
PRINCIPLES OF PROSPERITY.
04.08.2014.
SCRIPTURE: But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. Deut. 8:18

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If your relationship with God is out of order, your resources on earth cannot be guaranteed.

Nobody makes people to prosper like God. Everybody who worked with God came out unusually wealthy, from Abraham to Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Solomon, King David, Daniel and Esther. However, the wealth of God is founded on the principles of God. In the world, anybody can make money anyhow but in God, prosperity is established on principles. It is your root in God that determines your fruit on earth.

What is the first condition for godly wealth?

Looking at the life of Joseph, it is closeness with God. The Bible says, 'But the Lord was with Joseph' (Gen. 39:21). To be close to God is to be close to good; to be far from God is to be far from good. Psalm 84:11 says, 'For the Lord God is a sun and shield: the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.'

Distance from God is distance from abundance. If your relationship with God is out of order, your resources on earth cannot be guaranteed. In the book of Luke chapter 5, Peter toiled all night and caught nothing, but the moment Jesus stepped into his ship, he caught multitude of fishes until his net 'brake'(Luke 5:6). When God steps in, you must step up. Relationship with God is the end of hardship on earth. Any pursuit of money and business that drives a man away from God is driving him away from good. Such people may get some money but that money didn't come from God and because it didn't come from God, its future cannot be guaranteed.

Remember this: if your relationship with God is out of order, your resources on earth cannot be guaranteed.

ASSIGNMENTS:

1. Get the recommended message and other relevant materials and study them.

2. Write down the things you need to do and steps you need to take; go ahead and do them.

PRAYER: Lord, I want the God-kind of prosperity. I receive the grace to do what it takes to achieve it, in Jesus' Name.

DAILY READING: MORNING: 2 Chron. 1-4   EVENING: Ps. 97

QUOTE:  The God-first mentality is an incurable addiction to God.

PROPHETIC BLESSING FOR THE WEEK: Any vision, aspiration, dream or desire in your heart for 2014 that has not yet come to pass, is not too late. Within the next 10 days, I decree that your vision, dream and aspirations shall still come to pass. What God has designed for you to achieve in 2014 shall still happen, in Jesus' Name.

Is your Problem too hard for God to solve - Part 2

are you finding your problem to difficult and you think God cannot solve it

Yesterday we looked at the first Part, Today we will be taking the last part of this topic

Gods ways are not man’s ways

(2Pet 3:8 [NET])
Now, dear friends, do not let this one thing escape your notice, that a single day is like a thousand years with the Lord and a thousand years are like a single day.

(Isa 55:8-9 [KJV])
For my thoughts [are] not your thoughts, neither [are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

The littleness of your problem

Whatever mountains you are facing is small in comparism with the Word of God

(Mark 11:23 [KJV])
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

(Heb 4:12 [KJV])

For the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

(Jer 23:29 [KJV])

[Is] not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer [that] breaketh the rock in pieces?

Whose report do you believe

Perhaps you're in a situation where your sickness has been diagnosed as incurable, believe in God’s report now – “By his stripes you are healed in Jesus Name”. There are no incurable diseases with God
Or maybe it’s not your health but financial crisis, family problems, marital issues etc. Just remember the Word of God that says you have been redeemed from the curse of the law (Gal 3:13).

Rejoice your miracle is here

(Eph 6:10 [KJV])
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

(Isa 53:5 [KJV])
But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

(Ps 103:4-5 [KJV])
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good [things; so that] thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

(Matt 8:13 [NET])
Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go; JUST AS YOU BELIEVED, it will be done for you.” And the servant was healed AT THAT HOUR.

Is your problem too hard for God to solve?

is your problem to hard for God to solve faith success
Is anything too hard for God to do?

Gen 18:9-14
And they said unto him, Where [is] Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent. And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard [it] in the tent door, which [was] behind him. Now Abraham and Sarah [were] old [and] well stricken in age; [and] it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women. Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?  And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old? IS ANY THING TOO HARD FOR THE LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

(Jer 32:27 [NET])
“I am the LORD, the God of all humankind. There is, indeed, nothing too difficult for me.

(Jer 32:27 [KJV])
Behold, I [am] the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?

(Matt 19:26 [KJV])
But Jesus beheld [them], and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

THE QUESTION: IS ANYTHING TOO HARD FOR GOD

ANSWER:  There is no impossibility with God

"Is anything too hard for the Lord?" God asked Abraham (Gen 18:14); and the answer is there is nothing impossible with God (Luke 1:37). Job discovered that God could do everything (Job 42:2), and Jeremiah admitted that there was nothing too hard for God (Jer 32:17). Jesus told His disciples, "With God all things are possible" (Matt 19:26); and Paul testified, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Phil 4:13, NKJV). Nothing is too hard for God. God who called nature into existence can suspend its laws and operations when He pleases.

The Greatness of God

 (Ps 145:3 [NET])
The LORD is great and certainly worthy of praise! No one can fathom his greatness!

 (Job 11:7 -9 [NET])
“Can you discover the essence of God? Can you find out the perfection of the Almighty?
It is higher than the heavens – what can you do? It is deeper than Sheol – what can you know?
Its measure is longer than the earth, and broader than the sea.

(Ps 90:2 [NET])
Even before the mountains came into existence, or you brought the world into being, you were the eternal God.

 (Heb 1:10-12 [KJV])
And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but THOU ART THE SAME, AND THY YEARS SHALL NOT FAIL.

(Isa 40:18-25 [KJV])
To whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him?
The workman melteth a graven image, and the goldsmith spreadeth it over with gold, and casteth silver chains.
He that [is] so impoverished that he hath no oblation chooseth a tree [that] will not rot; he seeketh unto him a cunning workman to prepare a graven image, [that] shall not be moved.
Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth?
[It is] HE THAT SITTETH UPON THE CIRCLE OF THE EARTH, AND THE INHABITANTS THEREOF [ARE] AS GRASSHOPPERS; THAT STRETCHETH OUT THE HEAVENS AS A CURTAIN, AND SPREADETH THEM OUT AS A TENT TO DWELL IN: THAT BRINGETH THE PRINCES TO NOTHING; HE MAKETH THE JUDGES OF THE EARTH AS VANITY.
Yea, they shall not be planted; yea, they shall not be sown: yea, their stock shall not take root in the earth: and he shall also blow upon them, and they shall wither, and the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble.
To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.

(Job 26:14 [NET])
Indeed, these are but the outer fringes of his ways! How faint is the whisper we hear of him! But who can understand the thunder of his power?”

(Job 26:14 [KJV])

Lo, these [are] parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?

(Job 37:23 [NET])

As for the Almighty, we cannot attain to him! He is great in power, but justice and abundant righteousness he does not oppress.

(1Kgs 8:27 [KJV])
But will God indeed dwell on the earth? behold, the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have builded?

To be continued - tomorrow. Thanks
